Dramatic Arts Center of Iran (DAC) is pleased to inform you that the 17th InternationalStreet Theatre Festival will take place from October 11th to 15th ,2024 in Mariwan, Iran.We highly appreciate if you could send the new production of your company.The application should reach by the deadline August 30th ,2024. The selectionCommittee will announce the invited international guest Performances throughinternational affairs office of Dramatic Arts center. The festival will be held competitive in International Section.The axes of the festival will be:A) New productions of theatre companies in both sections:• Outdoor Performances (All genre of street theatre)Note: The Festival will provide full accommodation, 3 meals per day, airport pickup services and local transportation for accepted groups. Other issues will bediscussed and agreed by mutual negotiations.B) Educational Section:• Holding Educational workshops by theatre experts:- the proposal of workshop and the holder’s CV should be sent for festival and afterassessment, the teacher will send the plan of his/her workshop in detail forarrangement in festival.Note: The Festival will provide travel Expenses, full accommodation, 3 meals perday, airport pick up services and local transportation for accepted workshopproposals and high-quality educational projects. C) International Theatre festival’s directors & Influencer’s presence in Festival:• Participating in Festival as: company director, theatre curator, theatre marketingactivists and theatre influencers by the aim of selecting Iranian performances forForeign International Theatre Festivals and Foreign Theatre Companies undersupervision of Dramatic Arts Center of Iran for cultural exchanges in drama field.- The applicant should send his/her CV in the mentioned field to be assessedby festival.Note: The Festival will provide full accommodation, 3 meals per day, airport pickup services and local transportation for accepted individual guests. Other issueswill be discussed and agreed by mutual negotiations.
