violation of international law the Charter of the United Nations and resolutions of the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency
The armed attack by the Zionist regime on Iran’s nuclear and civilian facilities as well as the targeting of residential areas and the killing of children women and Iranian civilians constitutes a blatant violation of international law the Charter of the United Nations and resolutions of the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA)
As the only entity in the region possessing nuclear weapons, the Zionist regime is not a party to any of the three major weapons of mass destruction disarmament treaties, including the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT), the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC), and the Biological Weapons Convention (BWC). This regime, which unlawfully possesses all three types of weapons of mass destruction, systematically and consistently accuses Iran’s peaceful nuclear program—without providing any evidence—in an attempt to deceive public opinion and justify its aggressive actions.
According to Article 2 of the UN Charter, any use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of a state is prohibited. Therefore, the actions of the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran in response to the aggression by the Israeli regime undoubtedly constitute legitimate self-defense, in accordance with international law.
Hence, as long as the aggression continues and the United Nations Security Council fails to halt the aggression of the Zionist regime—or until the aggressor regime of Israel ceases its attacks—Iran’s legitimate self-defense under Article 51 of the UN Charter is authorized and will continue until the aggression ends and the aggressor is punished.
